ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW
Daimatu was established in Shizuoka in 1938 as a manufacturer of Japanese geta sandals. In 2020, two companies, Daimatu (a design and development manufacturing and OEM supply company) and Seed Corporation (a wholesaling, trading company and operator of retail outlets), amalgamated to form The SEED group. Since the establishment of The SEED, we have created a solid foundation capable of keeping up with quickly changing times and trends.

The SEED group operates 14 retail stores and an e-commerce platform. The group also offers a footwear repair service to ensure consumers get the satisfaction out of their footwear.
